DONT ALLOW STORM TO CATCH YOU UNAWARES? BE READY BEFORE IT STRIKES

A STORY OF A JUST ORDINARY HELP , BUT WHO WAS METICULOUSLY ORGANIZED TO TAKE HEADS ON ANY VAGARIES OF NATURE ?

Years ago, a farmer who lived and owned land along the Atlantic seacoast.
where very violent tornedolike  winds blow most of the time in a year
He constantly advertised for hired hands.to work on his farms,
Most people were aware of such hostile climatic conditions there, hence
reluctant to work on farms along the Atlantic .
They dreaded the dangerously,
awful storms that raged across the Atlantic , wreaking havoc on the buildings and crops.

As the farmer interviewed applicants for the job, he received
A steady stream of refusals. No one came forward to work there

Finally, one fine morning  a short, thin man, well past middle age, approached him
and offered his services, Farmer while interviewing asked him his specialities ?
the help answered briefly,

"I CAN SLEEP EVEN IN THIS HOSTILE CLIMATE PEACFULLY EVEN WHEN THE WIND BLOWS DANGEROUSLY"

Although puzzled by this answer, the farmer, did not understand what did he mean with that ?
desperate for help,he had no other option but to hire him reluctantly,AND
Hired him. The little man worked well around the farm, busy from
dawn to dusk,  and the farmer felt satisfied with the man's work.
Then one fateful  night the wind howled loudly in from offshore.blowing dangerously from all sides .

Jumping out of bed, the farmer grabbed a lantern and rushed
next door to the hired hand's sleeping quarters. He shook the
little man and yelled, "Get up!  A storm is coming
you were hired to protect all my belongings from such storms
Tie things down before they blow every thing  awa
The little man rolled over in bed and said firmly, "No
sir. I told you, I can sleep when the wind blows."y!"
"IT IS BETTER YOU ALSO SLEEP AND LET HIM ALSO SLEEP"

Enraged by the response, the farmer was tempted to fire him on right at
the spot ITSELF. Instead, he hurried outside to prepare for the storm FIRST
AND HANDLE THE HELP AFTER WARDS.

To his amazement, he discovered that all of the haystacks had
been PROPERLY  covered with tarpaulins. The cows were in the barn,
the chickens were in the coops, and the doors were barred and locked securely .
The shutters were also tightly secured.  Everything was tied down in right manner.

Nothing could blow away. The farmer then understood what his
hired hand meant, WHEN HE SAID THAT" HE COULD SLEEP WHEN THE WINDS BLEW?"
so he returned to his bed to also sleep while
the wind blew.

When you're prepared, spiritually, mentally, and physically,
you have nothing to fear. Can you sleep when the
wind blows through your life?
The hired hand in the story was able to sleep because he
had secured the farm against the storm.
We secure ourselves against the storms of life by
grounding ourselves under the hand of  "GOD"
We don't need to understand, we just need to hold
His hand to have peace in the middle of storms.

IN SHORT THE MORAL OF THE STORY GOES TO TEACH US THAT
IF WE ARE PREPARED FOR THE EVENTUALITIES OF LIFE BEFORE
THE ADVERSITY STRIKES THAN THERE IS NO NEED TO BE WORRIED
FOR UPS AND DOWNS IN OUR LIFE ,HOW SO EVER SEVERE THEY MAY
APPEAR TO BE ??????? GOD ALSO HELPS THOSE WHO REALLY DESERVE HIM'
