Most of us link success with material possessions and place in the society ? But it is simply not this success we are in this world for? THINK.
No need to become slave of some one else's idea, That will be your "FIRST" ever success . Success or failure is not the amount of money flowing in to your bank account , it will be a wrong assumption. True success does'nt need any body's recognitions,which we usually take as the test of our successes . You are successful in life " IF YOU HAVE LEARNT TO WALK WITH JOY EVEN THROUGH HELL"

Citing an express provision of criminal law relating to rape and some special reasons the Supreme Court has justified reducing the jail term of three gang rape convicts who were sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment by both the trial court, and Punjab and Haryana high court. While noting that rape is a non-compoundable offence (i.e. cannot be compromised) with minimum sentence of 10 years, a bench comprising justice Markandey Katju and justice Gyan Sudha Misra said: "We think there are adequate and special reasons for doing so."
"Considering that the incident happened in the year 1997 and that the parties have themselves entered into a compromise, we uphold the conviction but we reduce the sentence to the period of sentence already undergone in view of the proviso to Section 376 (2) (g) ....," the bench observed.
The court mentioned in its order that an application and affidavit were filed before it stating the accused and the victim wanted to end the "dispute".
The bench did not acquit the accused, but decided to invoke the special provision to let them free on the ground that the incident was an old one and the victim and accused were married. "The prosecutrix (victim) also has two children," the court said.
But it increased the fine imposed by the trial court from Rs 1,000 to Rs 50,000 and asked them to give it to the victim.
"We direct that each of the appellant will pay a sum of Rs 50,000 by way of enhancement of fine to the victim....," the bench ordered. It asked the accused to pay the victim within three months. If they fail, the fine would be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
The court invoked the proviso of Section 376 (2) (g) that permits imposition of a lesser sentence for which adequate and special reasons have to be given.

VALENTINE DAY ,HOW & WHY ? WHO WAS VALENTINE ?
This is a very old history , It was year, 269, King Klaudius was ruling the ROME. He out of his adamant attitude, banned spread of christianity and put restriction on them being married , to stop their growing population ."VALENTINE" WAS THE NAME OF A FATHER OF A CHURCH IN ROME, He objected against this order of the King Klaudius and protested his anti people/anti christianity rules , He ,kept on his normal ritual of marrying christian couples his church secretly, in complete disregard to the king and his orders.

मंजिल न सही , चिराग भी नहीं ? पर थोडा होसला तो दे !
तिनके का ही सही ,मगर मेरीजान तूं थोडा सहारा तो दे !
मैने यह कब कहा कि सब कुछ मेरे लिए हो ,या मेरे हक में हो?

एक एन .आर .आई .फॅमिली के बच्चे ने अपने पिता से अपने देश भारत के बारे में उत्सुकता दिखाई और पूछा :कैसा है हमारा भारत देश ? कैसे हैं वहां का जीवन ? और कैसे हैं वहां के लोग ?
पिता ने बड़े ही बोझिल मन से कुछ यूँ बताया :-
वहां के बेपंनाह अंधेरों को , सुबह कैसे कहूँ ?
घोटाल्लों में दबी जनता को ,सुखी कैसे कहूँ !
मैंने यह कटु नज़ारे बड़ी नजदीकी से देखे हैं ,
झुटला कर सब कुछ ,खुद को अँधा कैसे कहूँ,
यहाँ कि सियासती जबान भी है बड़ी झूटी ?
कानून ,न्याय ,निर्वाचन ,प्रजा तंत्र,और नेता
अब तो सब ,एक भोंडा मजाक सा लगता है
यह देश पावन भी है ,देखने के काबिल भी
वहां जाकर वापिस , बस जाने को कैसे कहूँ ?
घोटालों भ्रष्टाचारों से पूरा तंत्र उधड़ रहा है
वहां जाकर सकून मिलेगा भी, मैं कैसे कहूँ ?
मेरा भारत पहले ऐसा नहीं था ?कौन मानेगा ?

INNER VOICES FOR ALL(ENGLISH)
I don't want to start a debate for which I am not an authority? but my dear friends if just we focus on the facts which our science has proved " that Earth is a very old phenomenon , millions of years have passed since it came in to existence?"
All sorts of living beings have been living & dying since then? if man is allowed to eat animals , then why do we stop animals eating humans? after all we are also some one's food in that respect? we stop them because we are intelligent and hold gun to kill them for pleasure and food? is it ethical for human beings ?
when we use the word "extinction" my point was in favor of vegetarianism not giving any biological reasons for extinction ? It is always a universal phenomenon "who so ever is born is destined to die or extinction through any natural or supernatural process which also finished the whole specie of Dyna sore in one of the worst Tsunami few thousand years back ?
Food shortage is always a man made crisis no need to go into debate over this ? so much barren lands and uncultivated lands are left unused because of vested interests to keep prices soaring all the times , like Petrol, this is all man made manipulation, Not Natural ?

DONT EARN THE WRATH OF YOUR "MOTHER" Or " MOTHER NATURE "
Fury of nature uncontrollable in Australia ? we have gone out of sync with nature ,Nature is punishing us from Australia to India to USA ? Natures angry mood is in retaliation to the "Greed and unmindful exploitations of mother nature by our Greed ?Havelock Ellis wrote long back " SUN , Moon ,Stars would have disappeared long back "Had they been in the reach of our Greed"
There is Unfortunate" de link " between human nature and mother nature !we are not listening to our nature ? our Animalistic instincts have taken over our conscience ? In our jest to over exploit mother nature and it's resources , we forget that what "extreme conditions " are happening in USA or Australia right now ,is the warning by mother nature who is weeping and crying TO REVOLT ? Our might all combined will not be able to save us from the curse?
If our mother weeps can we rest in peace ?Can we ever be happy if our mother who gave us this life is crying for help ? Mother earth has always been on a "GIVER SIDE" as our own mom?if the same resilient mother is revolting , there must be some serious reasons to it , We have to rethink the very concept of development which may please us but not the mother nature ?
